Kurobe Kanko Hotel

Good location, just next to bus stop. Comfy Japanese room. Spacious hot spring, indoor and outdoor. Free massage chairs. Tasty buffet meals. Polite staffs.

We don't usually stay at big hotels but this one has perfected everything you need for a comfortable, wonderful stay. We had a large, clean, bright traditional room. The onsens were great. The buffet breakfast was vast and delicious. Free parking. Helpful service. We chose to eat out for dinner (Shino Izakaya - superb!) so can't comment on that. The location was the best - alongside a riverwalk in a gorgeous part of the region. Most other hotels in the area looked a bit empty so this is definitely the place to stay in this part of town. Lovely!
